— About Mayaa Labs

We built the team
we wanted to hire.

Mayaa Labs is a small team building an AI marketing team for the companies who outgrew one-person marketing — and can't afford six. We sit in San Francisco and Toronto.

Why this exists. The founders spent a combined fifteen years running growth teams at venture-backed B2B companies. The pattern was always the same: hire a generalist, then an agency, then a freelance designer, then a paid-social specialist, then sit in a weekly meeting where four people argue about attribution. Mayaa is the product we kept wishing existed — one place where strategy, channel execution and reporting all sit under one roof, run by one mind.

Where we sit. We're not enterprise. We're sized for the $1M–$50M ARR window — companies that have product-market fit, real ad budget, and a marketing function held together with duct tape. We replace the duct tape, not the creative director.

What we won't do. We won't take your ad budget through our books. We won't hide our markup. We won't pretend to have customer logos we don't have. We won't ship an autonomous agent until it has earned the right to act alone on the action type and the channel — and we'll always give you the off switch.

The principles we hire ourselves against

  • — Posted prices

The markup goes on the invoice

If we won't write our margin on the bill, we don't deserve to charge it. Overage costs the same per-token rate as included usage. Full stop.

  • — Your accounts

Your ad spend, your audiences, your data

Meta, Google and LinkedIn bill your card directly. We never resell or train on your data. If you leave, you walk away with everything intact.

  • — Earned autonomy

Agents earn the right to act alone — they don't start with it

Human-in-the-loop is the default. Autonomy is granted per agent, per action type, per channel — and revocable in one click.

  • — Causal reads

Holdouts are the default, not the upsell

Every paid campaign launches with a control group. We'd rather know what worked than tell a flattering story about what fired alongside it.
