The service
Mayaa provides an AI-run marketing platform: a team of AI agents that plan, produce, and — with your approval — execute marketing work inside accounts you own. Mayaa is software, not a services agency; no human at Mayaa performs marketing work for you.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for everything done under your workspace. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the business you represent.
Your connected accounts and your budget
- You own the accounts. Advertising and social accounts stay yours, on your own payment terms with those providers. Mayaa never holds your advertising budget.
- You authorise actions. Agents propose actions; anything that touches spend runs in dry-run until you approve it or grant an agent earned autonomy. You control spend caps and can pause everything with one switch.
- You follow the providers' rules. Actions taken in a connected account are subject to that provider's policies, and you are responsible for compliance with them and with advertising law.
AI-generated work
Content and recommendations are generated by AI and may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published or acted on, for the accuracy of claims made about your business, and for the lawful use of any contact data you bring to the platform.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to send unsolicited email, to make deceptive or unlawful claims, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend a workspace that we reasonably believe is doing any of these.
Fees and billing
Plans are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Usage-based charges are metered at the plan's stated rate and shown to you before they are billed. Trials convert to paid only when you choose a plan. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
Your content and ours
You own your business information, your contacts, and the outputs the agents produce for you. You grant Mayaa the right to process them to provide the service. Mayaa owns the platform, its models' configuration, and its aggregate, de-identified learnings.
Confidentiality and privacy
Each of us will protect the other's confidential information. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Term and termination
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; service continues to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach after notice, or immediately for misuse. On termination we purge your workspace's contact data and knowledge base as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee marketing results, uninterrupted availability, or that AI output will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayaa is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits or advertising spend, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
General
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Mayaa Labs, Inc.'s place of incorporation, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to workspace owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
