How does the AI cost markup work?

Each plan includes an AI-usage budget at a fixed multiplier on what we pay Anthropic, Google or other providers. Starter is 2.0×, Growth is 1.5×, Scale is 1.3×. The reason the multiplier shrinks as you scale isn't because of volume discounts on our side — it's that the base subscription on larger plans already covers more of our fixed costs, so the markup on usage can compress.

The crucial part: overage costs the same per-token rate as your included usage. No surprise tier change at month-end.

Do I need to give you my ad budget?

No. You connect your own Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts via OAuth. When Marcus or Rohan launch a campaign, that campaign runs inside your ad account; Meta or Google bills your card directly. Mayaa never holds or moves ad spend.

The benefits: you keep your audience pixels, your historical learning data, and the ability to walk away with everything intact. If you cancel, your campaigns don't vanish — they're already yours.

How does "earned autonomy" actually work?

Every agent starts in human-in-the-loop. They suggest actions; you approve them from the inbox. After an agent has accumulated a clean track record on a specific action type and channel — say, "Marcus, pausing under-performing Meta ad sets" — you can grant autonomy on just that combination. Other action types stay in approval mode until they've earned the same trust.

Autonomy is per agent × per action type × per channel. It's never global. And you can revoke it instantly.

Which channels are supported today?

Today: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads (Scale only), Mailchimp, GA4, organic Meta & LinkedIn, blog publishing, basic on-page SEO. Roadmap: Reddit Ads, programmatic display, HubSpot lifecycle, Shopify-native flows.

What happens at 100% of my included AI?

In-app banners fire at 50%, 80%, and 100% of your included budget. After 100% the overage continues at the same markup rate — never a punitive tier. You can upgrade plans at any time to reset the headroom.

Why is AI billed separately from the subscription?

Different customers use the team at very different intensity. Flat-rating it would mean either undercharging heavy users or overcharging light ones. Cost-plus keeps the model honest at every usage level.

Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my data?

Yes — month-to-month. Cancel from settings or by emailing us — no calls, no retention scripts. On cancellation, agents stop. Your ad accounts, audiences, creative library, calendars and content are yours; we leave them in place. We delete the chat history and operational data on request within 30 days.

Who is Mayaa not for, today?

We're not enterprise-ready. We're sized for $1M–$50M ARR companies — startups and SMBs replacing a duct-tape stack of agencies, freelancers and point AI tools. If you have a creative director and a media buyer on staff, Mayaa likely complements them rather than replacing them.
